Our Story

Corelhealthykitchen was born from a simple observation: most home cooks in Spain felt disconnected from the ingredients in their kitchens. We wondered why seasonal eating had become a forgotten art, replaced by year-round availability and convenience.

Our team of food educators and culinary specialists came together with a shared mission—to reignite the connection between people, their food, and the land. We created the Seasonal Produce Cooking Course to guide learners through the Spanish culinary calendar, season by season, ingredient by ingredient.

What started as a passion project has grown into a thriving community of curious cooks who now celebrate spring asparagus, summer tomatoes, autumn mushrooms, and winter citrus with intention and joy.
